We don't have any firm plans for this trip.
We figure we will just "hang out".
We plan on sleeping on the boat, do some fishing and hopefully cook some fresh fish.
Susan went to the local Mexican consulate in San Bernadino
to see if she could purchase a boat permit and fishing licenses.
She couldn't.
We were trying to avoid "joining a baja club" again.
The consulate told Susan she could get them at the Tijuana border crossing anytime (24 hours).
We emailed Rafael to ask him if this was true.
He emailed back--you can't.
Rafael is the GREATEST.
He got our fishing licenses and boat permit in Tijuana and brought them up to Santa Monica, CA for us.
What a surprise.

Boat Permit = 650 pesos -- Fishing license 427 pesos each, good for a year.
