Efren has already built this garage for Sr. Griffin in Punta Chivato.
He has agreed to build us a simular type.
It should be easier since he has already done one.
Our New Garage:
The color can be the same Sr. Griffins only two 2-car garage doors instead of one 2-car and one 1-car garage doors.
Size will be 40 by 40 feet. Our "Dream Garage" big.....
The garage floor will be 3 feet off the ground to avoid water damage.
Measurements:
Here is a picture with measurements.
3 foot high rock covered block base with no windows or doors.
We will have an opening and stairway on the inside, that will lead to the roof where we will mount the solar panels.
Ramp:
The ramp will be 20 by 40 feet.
This will give us a good angle for entrance.
Ramp will be reinforced with metal like in a regular driveway.
Base:
We would like the rock covered base to look like this wall.
Construction of the garage begins in October 2004.
Efern said he could get this rock easily in the Mulege area.
Price estimate with all permits and supplies is almost $34 a square foot.
