The grader was down and graded the property. (Again)
Efern is installing the three rail fence this week.

We have decided to file with the government the forms to obtain a Beach Concession. This will allow us control of the beach area in front of the property. Rafael is assisting us with the filing. The government on Febuary 4, 2004 launched a website explaining how to do this easily.
