Playa Frambes Progress 2003

In July 2003 we obtained our "Permiso de Uso de Suelo" (cost $250.00). Obtaining this permit is one of the requirements to getting approval for a construction permit. This will allow us to build a water tank, fence, and septic system. Efern Hernandez obtained this permit for us in Santa Rosalita.

July 23, 2003 we received an e-book on how to install and aim satelite internet and TV. The information we received came from Arizona. We will have no phone and will have to use wireless internet for e-mail communication. Check out this companys link.
