He is the cousin to the owner we purchased from.

Rafael and Efern found out that someone already has a concession on the beach in front of our property.
It's not an official government concession.
When the ejido owned the property, he ran a fishing business from the site.
He needed to get a concession to launch his boats.
The ejido granted him this concession.
Now since we inquired, he is willing to give up the concession at the next ejido general meeting.
This will open the ability for the new owners of the properties contingent
to the beach to obtain concessions and the government to collect fees.
This will be good for all.
