The construction of the garage continues.....
We stayed again at our neighbors the
Naranjos
again.
Prices are up to $20 a night for a casita.
Still the best spot you can get.
Armando and Delia are busy adding bathrooms and showers to three of the beach palapas.
Armando says they will have 2 double beds and will rent for $30 a night.
These are right on the beach. GREAT DEAL!!!
Movies were again shown at Richard and Jolynn's palapa on Friday night.
Over 20 people were in attendance.
Our friend Toni has been painting. Here is some of her work.
Toni's work is displayed in many places in the Mulege area.
Efren Hernandez's four full time workers, Alejandro, Jaime, Ricardo, and Edgar are doing a GREAT job.
They work 9 hours a day five days a week.
We are told that the workers have been very friendly and say
hello to all the neighbors that walk by and check on the project daily.
The slab is poured and the walls are up.
Efren says the roof will be poured next month.

The construction project is looking more like the picture daily...
Last month Bob started his FM3 with work attachment with help from
Salvador
our accountant.
It took a month to get it approved in La Paz.
All the paperwork was submitted in Santa Rosalia.
Everything is now done and Bob can work legally in Mexico.
With Salvador's help, it was painless.
Efern says he will need the garage doors in 6 weeks,
so we will be in Mulege with the doors at that time...more to come.
