We started construction of the garage last month.
Efern Hernandez has five full time workers to assist with the construction.
Efern has his construction workers working hard.
Lots of steel, rocks, and concrete.
When the slab is poured it will be three feet above the ground to avoid flooding during the worst huricanes......hopefully.

Again when finished it WILL look something like this....
We will be in the week of January 17th to pay taxes and do some FM3 stuff.....will report more then.
