Playa Frambes Plans
Plan:
Our plan is to build five 700 sq foot casitas with a replica lighthouse and pool in the middle.
Our time frame is to start building in January 2007 and finish the first phase in early 2008.
One casita will be a common kitchen and the other four living units.
We will rent the extra casitas but are not concerned if they are full or not.
Builder:
Our builder is Efren Hernandez.
His son, Rafael, lives close to the border and acts as an intermediary for us.
