The Garage is Finished!!!
Bob traveled to Mulege the first week of July.
The garage is finished!!!
Bob stayed in the garage instead of renting a room.
This is a FIRST!!!
Efern finished the doors and locks.
The rocks were installed around the water tank and the tanks were filled with water.
The little touches like filling the water tanks are things Efern thinks about for us.
Efern also installed the toilet, water pump and pressure tank.
With the pressure tank the water pump works only 1/3 the time saving power.
Without a tank the pump would spin all the time.
This 40 gallon tank is much larger than the ones we've seen in other locations.
We recently bought a 25 foot trailer to put in the garage.
We plan to stay in the trailer and use it like an apartment until the casitas are completed.....
then we'll sell the thing.
Our friend "The Inspector" was STILL hanging around...He's very friendly.
He and Bob shared a box of cookies.
He called his friends over so they could get some cookies too.
It was kinda like a small fiesta for the other "boys".
Our neighbors are still fishing and diving for scallops.
